Job Duties:
- Handling and responding to complaints, and publicity matters;
- Preparing press materials, and monthly newspapers for the works project;
- Preparing presentation materials and attend public consultation forums;
- Liaising with the general public;
- Preparing monthly and quarterly reports, project brochures, fact sheets, newsletter, etc. to the satisfaction of the Project Manager
Job Requirements:
- Degree in communication, public relations or related disciplines;
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in public affairs, community relations, complaint handling, corporate communications and crisis management;
- Good communication skills and face to face interaction, organized and efficient;
- Able to speak fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
