Planning Engineer to Planning Manager – Building

Job Duties:

• Overview the project’s planning and programming works;
• Update programme of project;
• Coordinate with clients and project team for site progress;
• Using MS project and P6 to prepare programme
• Prepare and update Master Program and all works programs;
• Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan;
• Prepare progress update and presentation materials for management;
• Participate in project meetings and discussion with the Client as required.

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Studies/ Structural Engineering or related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in building engineering / programming/ planning field in contractor
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Engineer or APM
• Professional qualification with RPE is highly preferred but not necessary
• Knowledge in Primavera 3/ Primavera 6 will be an advantage
• Proficient in project-planning applications including Primavera P3/ P6, Microsoft Project.
